3. Account Management

3.1 Account Verification

lq77 may request valid identification from a member at any time for identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete. This process is essential for financial security and fraud prevention.

3.2 Account Inactivity

lq77 follows a separate policy for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Members will be informed through support regarding any balance held in an inactive account. Please contact us for more details.

3.3 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or otherwise passing an account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question will be cancelled.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at lq77 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

Deposits must come from the member's own account. Funds received through a third party or from an unknown source will not be accepted, and any such transaction detected will subject the relevant account to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Slight delays may occur in some cases due to bank holidays or technical issues.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on lq77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed before earnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in eligible game categories.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If a bonus account expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• If a member attempts to use a bonus in a fraudulent manner, their account will be closed.
• A separate bonus structure may apply for VIP members.

5.4 VIP Program

lq77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games on lq77 is determined through a transparent and fair process. We follow a fair play policy and protect all data through SSL encryption.

If a technical error affects a game result, the round in question will be cancelled and the amount wagered will be returned to the member's account. No winnings claim from that cancelled round will be accepted.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting markets are created purely for entertainment purposes. We do not provide information about the outcome, date, or score of any specific match.

If a match is cancelled or suspended mid-way, the settlement of the relevant bet will be handled in accordance with standard betting rules.

12. Account Closure & Termination

Any member may close their account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Before closing the account, all pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn.

12.2 Closure by lq77

If lq77 finds evidence of a violation of terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other irregular activity, it may close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any appeal against a forfeited balance may not be accepted.

13. Terms Changes

lq77 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms. Do you disagree with the updated terms? In that case, the option to close your account is always available.
